All sales are strictly final. Because PreFlight AI provides immediate digital access to proprietary parsing algorithms, compute tokens, and compliance engines, purchases are non-refundable. We provide a completely Free Starter tier so you can test document parsing, citation checks, and UI workflows before making any financial commitment. The only exception is verified accidental duplicate charges, which are refunded 100% upon request to support@preflightai.tech. You can cancel future subscription renewals anytime with one click in Account Settings.
