PreFlight AIImportant notice
Proprietary mathematical AST parsers and registry query allocations are provisioned immediately upon checkout. Digital purchases are strictly non-refundable.
We provide a full Free Starter tier so any author or lab can test LaTeX document parsing, UI workflows, and citation lookups completely risk-free before purchasing.
Accidental duplicate charges caused by payment gateway lag or browser double-clicks are refunded 100% upon verification by our support desk.
1. Digital Service Fulfillment & Consumable Cloud Compute
PreFlight AI (https://preflightai.tech) delivers specialized pre-submission research auditing software. All paid tiers—including Emergency Deadline Passes ($29), Researcher Pro ($89/yr, or $59/yr discounted), and Lab Multi-Seat ($299/yr)—are intangible digital software entitlements provisioned immediately upon payment authorization.
Because computational parsing overhead and third-party registry query costs are incurred instantly upon license provisioning, all transactions are strictly final and non-refundable.
2. Evaluate Risk-Free: Free Starter Tier
We do not require any researcher to purchase a license blind. PreFlight AI maintains a zero-cost Free Starter Tier that allows you to:
- Upload research drafts, inspect LaTeX macro tokenization, and verify AST equation quarantine;
- Audit sample manuscripts to evaluate verification precision;
- Explore the workbench user interface and test deterministic citation hydration.
By proceeding to purchase a paid pass or subscription, you confirm that you have utilized or had the opportunity to utilize the Free Starter Tier to verify platform suitability.
3. The Only Exception: Verified Duplicate Charges
If two charges occur for the same user account and license tier within minutes of each other due to network lag, our merchant of record (Dodo Payments) will immediately void or refund the duplicate transaction back to the originating card.
4. Subscription Renewal & One-Click Cancellation
Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 12-month billing period to ensure uninterrupted access. You may disable automatic renewal at any time prior to your renewal date:
- Email support@preflightai.tech requesting cancellation before renewal. There are no cancellation fees.
- The current Account Settings page does not provide an auto-renewal toggle.
- When auto-renewal is canceled, your paid access remains fully active through the conclusion of your current prepaid period.
